Why I Left YTB for Traverus Travel Business
I became an affiliate with YTB (Your Travel Biz) on July 2007. I used Internet marketing tools to grow and run my YTB business, I set up custom web and blog sites for exposure, and used lead generation tools to drive traffic to my sites. I was notified by YTB’s Legal Department that YTB does not allow its YTB affiliates to have custom web sites, blog sites or any kind of advertisement on the Internet. I was told that we couldn't even advertise the travel site or marketing site they provide. They told me that we weren't allowed to place any YTB related links on the web! I terminated my relationship with YTB.
I am now with Traverus Travel.
